We accept requests for Refunds subject to approval only if there has been an error on the part of the company in terms of products such as defective, damaged, or wrong item delivered. The process is subject to approval and hence may take 3-5 days for process completion, depending on the case in review.

Any claims for refunds needs to be registered within latest 24 hours of delivery
