Although we do not encourage Cancellation of confirmed orders, under valid circumstances, the customer can request for a cancellation but is subject to approval but will be liable for a cancellation fee in order to compensate for the losses. In case an order is cancelled from our end, due to non availability of the product or any other factors beyond our control, we will issue a full refund. We accept requests for Returns subject to approval in cases such as defective, damaged or wrong product delivered. The process is subject to approval and hence may take 3-5 days for process completion, depending on the case in review. An equivalent replacement will be provided to the customer in this case.

Any claims for returns needs to be registered within latest within 24 hours of delivery
